Release The Past

This is an instrument dictated by SELF to help people know what needs to heal, what help to ask for, in what order.

Begin by asking for the Table number. In the Table that gets the charge, go through the list of elements to find the highest priority of Not Self to heal first. That is where you begin.

Ask to become SELF-fulfillment, reflected by five sensory forms of reality, inside and outside the body. Ask to recognize the forms you notice in your reality as SELF fulfillment, reflected by forms that show you what you love; what fulfills your dreams; what you desire to experience. Ask to feel your body’s bliss experience for becoming the fulfillment of Life’s purpose for becoming your body. Feel that you are fulfilled, loved, recognized and honored for being one with the Wholeness of Being.

Eight expressions of SELF become Human Experience. Each expression interacts with every form of desire and fulfillment, to create our experience of life, truth, bliss and reality. Every relationship with every person we experience becomes a mirror of both SELF and not-self. When relationships stop reflecting who we are or who we are not, they end. Life withdraws from them. They become part of the past. Nothing about them exists in the present. Nothing about the past can be experienced in the present.

Before you begin working on the tables, release the past. Pay special attention to past relationships.

Relationships

Ask to be disentangled from all past relationships with everyone you knew.

Ask to release the desire to know them or be known by them.

Ask to release the pretense that you can possibly know anything about them, or that they can possibly know anything about you.

Ask to recognize what you notice about them as yourself, looking back at you – either to love, or to recognize as not-truth, not-you, not-your fulfillment to perceive or experience ever again.

Release the Past

Everything that is over two weeks old is devoid of life. It is the past, buried, dead, decaying and toxic for you. It contaminates or precludes bliss in the present, if you try to relive it.

Ask for help to release every desire to know anything about past experiences except to reclaim truth, life, bliss, gifts and miracles from them, which SELF dreams for you to live in the present.

Focus on beliefs that you can become someone else’s fulfillment or that they can become yours. These are the most difficult to release. They are confused with loving or being loved. Trust your body’s bliss experience to be your barometer of what feels right for you. It knows the difference between its nature’s fulfillment and the brain’s programmed stories about past fulfillment.

Ask to replace every brain program that is not your body nature’s bliss to experience now. Ask to replace the brain’s past stories about good, right, bad, wrong, worthy, unworthy, lovable or not deserving of fulfillment.

Ask to embody, receive, digest, metabolize, love, recognize and live fully what SELF intends to live through you now, as its fulfillment of being You.
